need help with ProtectionID v5

New to the world of backing-up my ps2 games. I did reading and downloaded Alcohol 120 & ProtectionID. When i scan my cd with ProID i canot find any EXE/.dll files. What could I be doing wrong? Also will I need a mod chip if I back-up using Alcohol 120?

In most cases all you need to do is make a direct 1 to 1 copy of the disc. You will need a modchip. Take a look in the ps2 section, especially the Ultimate Info Sticky.

Protection ID v5 is for PC Games not for PS2 Games.
Perhaps CDKiller will add this in v6 or v7 .... :D
