I tried the MOV trainer and it keeps crashing during the opening fire fight. Anybody else have this problem with the trainer?
I moved this thread to "General Gaming" forum.
Yeah it seems to crash on certain PC's.
Try without the ammo option, see if it still crashes. Ive been trying to find out why its doing so, that way I can do the v1.2 trainer the same way :)

I cannot get the health part of the cheat to work. I am using MOV 1.2 however. Should the 1.0 trainer work at all? The ammo cheat works sometimes....
No the trainer is for v1.0 only once I find out why the game is crashing like it does on some PC's then ill go ahead with v1.2

this might be an annoying question but where can one get the mov 1.0 trainer?
Thankz
I have tried everything with this trainer 1.0, used it without the health and once without the ammo and it still crashes.
Is there another trainer available.
There must be some sort of cheat for this game because in the MenOfValor.cfg it has [XInterfaceCommon.MenuStart]
EnableCheats=True written

...but this game is too boring to play without a trainer.... They are already on 1.3 now, throw us a bone ;-)
btw, fyi, i also crash when using the trainer with 1.0, but using 1.2 it never does, but only the ammo cheat works... Maybe its somthing 1.0 doesnt like about the trainer that isnt there in 1.2?

:confused: :mad:
These trainers that came off GCWorld are loaded with trojans and adaware things as well as spy bots called hot/*\*/*\ keys .. antivirus went off like a air raid at London during the blitz so thats why they are all a crashin before ya gets a chance to get it rollin.. tilde bar brings it open and god works allammo works loaded for entire weapons or allweapons...infammmo..use the old head and try some of the older ones out toget it together........ :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:
well, knothead, i'm sure we all are very curious how you managed to get the console down anyways, so please tell us,
otherwise stop talking BS & STFU!

Well, for what it's worth...
I downloaded the v1.0 trainer from GCW and had no "virus alerts". :rolleyes:
I am running MOV v1.2 and using the aforementioned v1.0 trainer, and I do not experience any crashing, not at all. Not even once. The unlimited ammo always works for me, but the health does not. I was actually surprised that the ammo cheat worked! Thanks DABhand, I hope I have been helpful...and looking forward to your next trainer for MOV. :D

I'm using the v1.0 trainer with v1.0 of the game and I've been able to successfully use both the health and ammo cheats pretty easily. I've gotten a ways into the game and am only now experiencing a problem: the game crashes to the desktop during the Iron Triangle - Eagle Flight mission. I'm in the church, at the end of that mission (I'm assuming), the tree line gets nuked, and then game boots me out to the desktop.
If I understand correctly, there aren't any trainers for v1.2 and v1.3 of the game that include the health and ammo cheats, right?
Does the Shift-N and Shift-M toggle the cheats in game? Or once they're turned on do they stay on? I can try to get past that point without the cheats to see if it's the trainer that causing the crash, but it might be nice if I could simply turn off the cheats right before the tree line gets nuked.
DABhand, as far as helping you figure out what's causing the wonkiness with the trainers for v1.2 and v1.3 of the games, is there any info we could provide that would be useful?
Cheers,

Hmm... so, I just tried it again. Right before the treeline gets nuked, I paused the game, hit Alt-Tab to get back to the desktop, closed out the trainer, went back to the game, unpaused it... and then 10 seconds later the treeline gets nuked and the game still crashed. So far it's crashed 7 times in the same spot. Would the trainer still likely have caused a crash like that? Or is that a problem with the game itself?
Thanks.

Path (default)
C:\Program Files\2015\Men of Valor\VIETNAM\Save
file extension is .usa (lol)
Open (with Notepad) and scroll down to near the bottom, and locate these lines:
END_ACTOR
BEGIN_ACTOR=PlayerController0
Class=VietnamCharacters.PlayerCharacter Name=PlayerCharacter0
{
TimeTillNextBleed=1.505990
Weapon=WeaponCar27
WeaponCar15'op5_l4e.WeaponCar27'
Health=99999
Location=(X=-12843.373047,Y=8657.759766,Z=-283.085388)
Rotation=(Yaw=-9804)
If there is no Health value, add it! If it is there, modify it!
When closing, Notepad will ask you if you want to save the changes, click yes. Make a back-up copy 1st if you're paranoid, but you really don't need to.
When injured, remember to hold down "f" (default bandage key) and try not to run while bandaging (yea, right...they're shooting at you!) it slows down the process. :) Also, do not search bodies unless it's for RPG-7! It seems if you do, it cancels the Health value modification, but I'm not entirely certain about that. ;)
I don't know if it matters, but I always placed the Health value before "Location". Most other people use 9999 but I used 99999 in case I was getting hit by rockets. :Þ
This "cheat" always works fine for me. I dunno about your crashing troubles mate, I personally have been lucky I suppose...as I have never had the game crash. I did however, experience horribly corrupted graphics when I first entered the Admin Building, but I shut the game down and restarted and everything was OK. *whew* Good luck fellow soldiers, keep your heads down, crouch and aim...it's a much more successful tactic then the VC use running around yelling as they're firing at you...they rarely hit their target doing that, and I have found that I can take out 7-10 screaming machine-gun firing hostiles before I'm even hit 2 or 3 times...which is no big deal. You have 7-10 bodies to search now for health, if you need it since you'll probably be using the "cheat" I just detailed. :)

I finished the game this past weekend... ran into a few other instances of the game crashing in certain points when using the v1.0 trainer, but I was able to make it past all of those points by turning the trainer off, playing to the next save point, and then restarting the trainer.
I'll try the other method, too. :)
Definitely an awesome game. I had a lot of fun playing this one. :)

Oh yea, defo an awesome game! :D
I finished it last night, and I decided to start a new game under the hard difficulty setting since I was previously under medium. But for some odd reason, it started me out at the Khe Sahn (or however it's spelled) base when you're under attack and have to find Jamie. :confused:
hey Dabhand the dabmov.rar file contains a virus
Keylogger.HotKeysKook.A virus it appears as H@tKeysH@@k.dll in system32 it is not hard to get rid of it but it is still anoying to see
