need help with instillation of unreal tournament 2004

hey everytime i try to install unreal 2004 i get a message say installer has fail to open this is a brand new game and the 3rd copy of this game so if any one can please help or give me any ideas on what to do i would appreciate it

Make sure Windows is up to date. (Windows Update). Specifically, there is 1 update you need. Search for posts by Tippex, he has mentioned it a few times. I think that will fix the problem.
