Juiced crashing on startup

Then i launch Juiced it crashes like richards burns rally.Like this error:

Then i had Celeron 1000Mhz,256ram sdr,motherboard without agp slot,sound ac97,nvidia geforse 4 mx 420 64mb PCI SDR juiced worked fine,of course without pixel shading.(sorry 4 my english)
Now i have this computer and game crashing,so what is the problem? :mad: :
