When I finish the objective of capturing three crime lords, there is a objective of using the mess hall mixing bowl to batter a Russian Supercriminal. But I don't know what to do, I tried to click the mixing bowl but still no effects, what should I do?

first you need a Mess hall counter... then click on the imprisoned crime lord to interrogate him... then you need to click at the mess hall counter. a minion will take him to it and interrogates him till he accepts to join your Evil meeting.
