If it's as good (or better) than the first in the series it's gonna be a huge hit. That reminds me I must finish this one :)

Played the demo that came with Burnout 3 (PS2). How the hell do people even enjoy this game? The Need for Speed Series has been dead for years. Not one huge seller, then the clowns at EA go and mooch off the success of the Fast and the Furious (terrible film). I got mates who are into this car modding malarky. Really, it all come downs to who has the biggest Penis. ;)
Midnight Club sucks too. Any so called racing game that tries to show that Boy Racer culture off deserves to die. The only one that I will be playing is the one that actually allows you to run people over, especially chavs, pikeys, skutters and skallys.

Whats more worrying is the fact that the big daddy of racing games, Gran Turismo, has also implemented that NOS thing in the next game of the series :(

i dont agree that its the best race game ever tho, im a bit of an addicto to Racing Simulation: Monaco Grand Prix (i think its racing simulator 2 not sure) and Grand Prix 4 for its realism, also i think provably the racing game that deserves more merit are the toca series, all 4 of em :)

nfsu is for racing not for simulating racing ;)

It's just fun. Try Colin or Richard Burns for realistic features.

True, its not supposed to be a sim. But I just cant get into it. Everything just feels wrong. It does not feel like a natural racer. Burnout 3 has it licked, as do good old titles like Outrun, Sega Rally, Daytona. Sim wise, nothing comes close to Gran Turismo :)

aaah i loved sega rally and daytona, i used to spend a lot of money in the arcades :P
