Does anyone have a list of games and what modes need to be activated for the list of games to work? Or maybe an explanation how do you know which modes to set for a particular game to work.

Some of them are not true. Games like Tenchu and SHOX work fine on mine (no modchip, original DVDs).

Yeah, I found some games work too. Oh well, I guess it serves them right with their naff clone discs... HAHAHAHAHA :D

im working on a list of games that DO work with hd loader, but keep in mind i got a v10 ps2 w/ a messiah 2 modchip and 120 maxtor hdd. if anyone wants this list email me at jgoodtimej007********com
