DCGAMER's wya to burn those "tricky" Self
Boots. (4x4 Evolution, Super Runabout, Jet
Coaster 2, Space Griffon, and more)
This guide is for all you people who have
had trouble burning the games that have
multiple audio tracks in the first session.
Notably the ones listed above. This method
will allow you to burn these games with Disk
Juggler using Xeal's Trackmerge. I had
trouble with this for the longest time and
waisted over 15 CD's. After 50 some hours
of working on this here is the solution I
came up with. It worked for me and I hope
it works for you.
STEP 1
-Download your game!
1)Make sure you have ALL the files.
-Unzip the game
1)Use WINRAR (availabe at www.winrar.com) to
extract your files.
2)It will make one cdi file.
STEP 2
-Apply Xeal's Trackmerge to your cdi file.
1)Download this file at http://xeal.cjb.net
then follow the readme file included.
2)Once you apply Trackmerge to your cdi
file, move on to step 3.
STEP 3
-Burn your game!
1)use Disk Juggler v2.0 only! NOT v3.0! I
failed many times with v3.0 you can get v2.0
at www.dccopies.co.uk
2)open Disk Juggler and choose "cd image to
cd recorder" then check the following
settings by going to view, then click
options and select the following:
1)ignore read errors
2)raw read/write
3)turn off burnproof
4)set max image size to 80min
Go back to your main screen and choose the
cdi file you wish to burn (the one you
applied trackmerge to) then set for "write
then verify" and record at the slowest speed
(to help prevent buffer underruns). You can
now begin your burn. The burn will take
some time but you should come out with a
working game.
hope this helps but if not you can seek
further help from me at
