Burning with nero [Archive]

Can anyone point me in the direction of a good tutorial for burning isos with nero burning rom 6 ultra edition? If not, does anyone know if this can be done successfully and how it would be done? I'm not having great success with the data burn method and I don't want to enter into a data burn vs iso debate but if someone can tell me the process I'll see which works best for me.

the simple explination is that nero is pathetic. use alcohol 120 % for iso's it will work every time.

And when you create iso's, use Iso Craxtion with the "ximage" option, instead of gfimage. It actually works alot better than the gfimage in my opinion.

Thanks for the tips guys. Successfully backing up all my games at the moment with 100% of them working using isocraxtion 3.1 and alcohol 120%. Cheers.

Hate to be the sour grape here,
Although i only burn CD-Rs, nero does a fine job of writing image files
in particularly ISOs. If u still wanted to know how to do it then what u do is:

1. Start Nero :rolleyes:
2. If the "New Compilation" dialog box comes up, then select the "Open" button located in the bottom-right of the dialog box
Or
Click "File" then "Open"
3. Locate the .iso file
The "Burn Compilation" dialog should come up and im sure u know what to do from there.

Thanks for the tips. I'll give it a try and see which works better - Nero or Alcohol 120%.
