Still Can't Flash [Archive]

I've found all the files and utilities I need thanks to people here. Problem is I can't get my machine to flash? I've made a 512K BIOS.BIN File using the x2 4981.06 and copied it to a DVD using Recordnow.I've also tried it on a CD.
Any thoughts??Please..:(

try making 256 bios and copy that to box hd and flash from evox.

or make a 1mb bios on disc and use the oz flasher disc.

Make a 256k bios. Your aladdin chip should come pre-flashed so you should be able to load evolution x onto your box. Once it is loaded, ftp to your pc and download your new 256k bios to c:\bios\ then use the "flash bios" option in the evolution x menu.

then y are u tryin to make a 512k or bigger?
the x2 lite series only can have a 256k bios
the one u get form xbins is 256
u dont needa touch it
