I've managed to find a copy of PSXCOPY 6.2, but it doesn't support my CDR/W (Yamaha 8424e EIDE one!!) I've messed around with the registry.reg and entered a value for my drive, input these new values into my system registry but it still wont recognize my writer in the writer window (does appear in the read window though).
As you can see I have really tried to help myself over the last few days reading all the post from you, lockjaw666 & igottashit666 tried the settings they suggested (I think EDDC was ment to be EDC??) found a version of PSXcopy6.2 (mail me if you want the link - you asked in one of your posts for the link as it was hard to find!!)
So could please help me figure out what is wrong and why I keep getting "Illegal mode for this track or invalid packet size" then "Illegal field in command descriptior block"
I wouldn't mind but I can copy most self-booting and none self booting games even at 8X!!!
PS the reason I asked you to mail me for the link is to stop too many people going to the site and getting it closed down - lockjaw666 & igottashit666 if you want it just mail me too
