is the smartchip a clone of the m1 have a look here there trying to say that http://www.playstationchips.co.uk/pages/ps2-modchip.html its a diffrent color as well hull chippr maybe u can tell me??

No cause the Messiah 1 didn't support the v7. The Smart Chip that you are getting is supposedly a Blue Chip clone.

I know a guy who was gonna fit me a bluechip its called judas and was only for the v7.

that didnt direct boot though so i think it will be ok

Does this smartchip direct boot from the browser?
Im getting it from *********** and its black is it a clone i think its the real thing

judas did direct boot i fitted loads thay worked really well and it ain't a bluechip

to tell the truth i ain't heard anything bad and it sounds like a good chip for its price

Im getting it from hull chipper and its black is it a clone i think its the real thing

boot from browser? dose this mean when u trun the system and goto mem card screen then put the game in ? and it loads if so mine dose it will boot when i trun the system on and open tray put game in close it will load quite quickly :) and i think my chips green but i heard smart chips r black but netmech calls the green ones smart chip pro's but i have'nt had no problems with mine at all yet

the real smartchip is black and is no clone craig from www.ukmodchips.biz told me so its cool :)
