is it worth to invest the extra money in the pro ?

what is exactly what i can't do in the lite v.s the pro ?

and the most important question where do i buy the Xecuter2.3 Pro / lite in canada or usa... (looking for the best price on the net)

Unless you plan on testing the newest bios release, or plan on haveing alot of sifferent dashboards instead of just 1 or 2 primary ones, i don't suggest getting the pro. Basically, the pro can have 2 more bios on it and has a flash protection so you can recover from a bad flash. To the average person, the pro isn't really needed.
