Hi guys, I was hoping to buy a mod chip for my xbox but I have a few problems. Ive been reading this forum a lot and was thinking of buying an X-ecuter 2 PRO.

The pogo pin adapter that comes with the X-ecuter 2 PRO, is it easy to install?

Also, with EvoX, is this a BIOS as well as a dashboard? Or do I have to find a BIOS to download somewhere?

Im not very knowlegable with the BIOS, etc, any help would be great. Thanks :)

The pogo pin adapter is a pain in the ass to install. Solder it, trust me. Pay the kid down the steet $20 to solder it for you, what ever it takes.

And the BIOS your looking for is X2_4979_repack_256k
You can find this on xbins' FTP server.

Hey there, where can I find Xbins ftp? Also what kind of software do I use to flash it? Ive never flashed anything before, not really sure how it works.

Hey, I was about to burn the new version of EvoX to DVD and something came to mind... Can there be anything else on the disk I have EvoX on? Or can I have maybe a backup of a PC game on it to transfer to another computer? Im using DVD-R, I dont have any CD-RW or DVD-RW right now.

i suggest you get a cd-rw.

But, u can burn something else on the disk, providing you do not create an Xiso, and you close the databurn. There is a tutorial on how to do the databurn with recordnow max, I don't think nero works.
