Modchip question

I have no experience in soldering so I was looking at this chip here (http://www.modchip.ca/products/xbox/xecuter22plus.php) and was wondering if its any good?

depending on the version of your box id go with charmelian with the solderless adapter, or if ur a 1.0 or 1.1 get matrix....even tho its only 256k u can reflash it with the 4977 bios which is great and it comes with a programmer if u mess up flash, plus alignment leds and mode 4 so u can go on live....and you can go around ur friends charge them 20 bucks to falsh their tsop....not to mension its only 29 bucks at www.spotted-hose.com/xboxscene.html
