Patch USA games to PAL

Hi,

I have a TV that not support 60Hz and I want to convert my USA games to work 50 Hz. What chains of hex code I have to search in? and, Which code I have to put in?

Pal patcher v1.1 crashes when I open a cdi image.

best solution is :
buy a TV capable of drawing 60 Hz

for now and
future purposes, this is the best solution.

maybe you are not satisfied with this answer
but trust me, upgrading is the best way.

if you are low on money, try to et something used.
