First let me say that 1. I have everything named correctly, the file is in my C: xboxdash.xbe 2. I was told that you also need you hdd to be locked, I have locked my hdd. Now..

I have Xecuter 2.2 lite installed. I've been told, that when you turn on your xbox with the chip off, it is supposed to go to xboxdash.xbe. But mine, and a few I've modded, when I turn on the xbox with the chip off, I get the multi-language warning screen, with the numbers 13 at the top left. Some people I've spoken too have no idea. I thought I was a shoe-in with the locking of the HDD. But after I did that, I still get the warning screen. I can only access my xboxdash.xbe throught evoxdash, or using boxplorer - (either on cd/rw or using boxplorer through evoxdash) I'm literaly out of ideas as to why this is happening. Hope someone out there can help. Thank you for your time.

I still suggest you put a switch on the d0 wire to insure the chip is off lol.

Error 13 - kernel - Dashboard launch fail (due to missing/bad key, or anything else that would prevent it from running) and the dashboard didn't specify why it failed.

Did you rename evox to xboxdash.xbe so it would boot when the XBox boots up?

Or did you edit your BIOS to load another xbe first?
