I need help backing-up Halo

My friend tried, and found it was over 6Gb or something, so couldn't be fitted onto a 4.7Gb dvd-r.

What do i need to do to fit it on? (I have the PAL version.)

PS: On a side note, what's the diff between the PAL and NTSC versions? On the game size list on these boards, it shows them to be different sizes.

halo isn't that large, only like 3.5 gig. He must have messed up somewhere.

I've never bothered to try backing it up solely because of what my friend tried. I'll give it a go.

i agree with quall halo is definatley below 4.37 gig including demos
take a look at the game size sticky
