Need Patches

I couldn't find Resident Evil 2 pathes to NTSC for Dreamcast. The one I have was PAL so I want to patch it to NTSC. Is it possible that I just use Resident evil psx ntsc patch to Resident evil 2 dreamcast?

Are you serious? The answer is NO. To force it 60hz
try DC-X, gameshark, etc...
