Is there any program out there that will allow you to backup your DVD movies with only one disc?

Doesn't a backup made with DVD X Copy Xpress only work on the drive you recorded it on?

I want to make single disk backups that I can play on my regular DVD player...not on my computer.

Is this possible?

No, they will play in any dvd player that supports recorded media.

I have a copy of DVD X Copy gold and I have to use 2 disks to backup a movie. Is there some trick to doing it?

You are using rugular dvdxcopy. You must use xpress to fit it onto one disc.

I use the dvd x copy express. I love that soft ware you just put the movie in that you want to copy and hit start. It goes and finds just the movie not any other crap like the extras. I suggest to anyone to get a copy of the dvd x copy express you wont be disapoited.

chek in here (http://www.dvdrhelp.com/forum/userguides/141024.php) and you'll the different programs u can use,i woul recomend u go with dvd shrink.

I back up my movies with the sequence:

DVDecrypter --> DVD2One --> PrimoDVD

After that I can make further backups with PrimoDVD alone or Clone DVD.

DVD2One is the shrinker.
