Can you play PAL games on NTSC Systems I dl Indycar Series 500 PAL and copied it to the drive and it will not boot on my HDD.

Yes you can, however, your TV will need to support which ever region you want to play. Also, you might have to change the xbox's display to pal.

The game should load no matter what though. The only reason you'd have to change what is written above is because your screen will either you will only get sound, or your screen will be jumpy.

If it won't load from the HDD, then it might need a media patch. How old is the game? Also, some more info like; does the screen freeze black, does it just boot back to the dashbaord, does it freeze at the title....etc.
