I finally did it, and wasted only ... 5 CD.
I'll release a ppf file, but for those who just can't wait for this useless and totally ugly game, this is what you can do :
Look for :
00 88 06 8D 03 64 03 88 05 89 02 88 07
Replace the last byte ("07") by 03.
You should find it twice in the image.
This APPEND disc works only if you first insert "Pop 'N Music 2" before and then swap to it.
