which is the easiest format to burn onto cd-r . for my DVD player
as i would like to watch movies that i have downloaded . all help

They are both easy to burn, but the quesiton is what format does your dvd player support, if any. Go here (http://www.dvdrhelp.com/dvdplayers) to see what formats your dvd player will play. Then use the how to guides on that same site to create your cd.
