View Full Version : Cdrwin
How do i make a track longer than 4 seconds so i can bypass the error warning. I have an iso from which track 23.mp3 is only 3 seconds and cdrwin cant burn it right... i want to make it 4 seconds or longer.

replace it with a track longer than 4 seconds.
or try to get a wave editor which can
add some silence seconds.
thanks, i think i try the latter then as it keeps the original track..

Replacing a short track with a longer one will change the LBA of the second session, not only making the protection not work but make the disc completely unreadable.
If you length one track you must shorten another by the same amount... or like I said, you have to go and binhack and build the ISO again.
I CAN'T CREATE AN ISO FROM MY GAME FILES.
I SELECT ALL THEM, DRAG TO CDRWIN, AND IT POPS A WINDOW SAIYNG...
"TO MANY PATHNAMES HAVE BEEN SPECIFIED"
HOW CAN I CREATE THE ISO FROM THE FILES ?
SELECTING THE DIRECTORY ?:

You clearly have no idea what you're doing so I suggest you follow the Echelon self boot tutorial STEP BY STEP.

If your burner can't open a new session under CDRWIN, is there any way you can burn with CDRECORD to have a starting LBA of 17000 for the second session?

If open new session doesn't work in CDRWIN then it probably wouldn't work in cdrecord either. But I don't really understand what kind of drive you have, because even the earlier burners supported multisession.
Usually cdrecord makes 11702, just re-hack your DC binaries. I heard there was a hacked version of cdrecord which would turn out second session at 11700 but I can't tell you where to get it.

I can open a new session with cdrecord, but not CDRWIN. And I need to do so to have a starting LBA of 11700 for the second session.
Hacked version of Cdrecord eh? I'll see if I can find it.
