URGENT HELP

I need to copy a psx game in the next couple of days. its called winning 11 and its NTSC. does this matter? im not that good with computers so i need an easy to use program to copy this game! i have a acer 20*10*40. also how can i convert it to ntsc i was lookin at pal 4 u etc how easy r these to use. oh well i need to copy this game ASAP!!!!! so please help!!!!!!!
