What's the best ISO/Extracter tool that is good and not so buggy?

Iso Maker 2.0 is the best iso maker tool. I dunno if it extracts or not. I think Xiso extracts iso's fine, but creating them was the problem.

Xiso is good for extract
but sucks for making backups
i use isomaker 2.1
