What is the Y:\ drive used for? I have backed up (PAL) 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer' from an original without any problems. It boots okay, but when i start a new game it hangs on black screen when i select a new game and attempt to make the first initial save. I've tried good quality media e.g. Verbatim, Ritek and few others, as i thought it might be bad media. However, when i look at the 'Y' of the Xbox via FlashFXP it contains directorys and certain files of the game shown below:

Dialogue;
Interfc;
Pak;
Saves;
Sound;
Binds.cfg;
Default.cfg;
Resource.cfg;
Resource.log;
Version.dat;
Windows.cfg.

I have not experienced this with any other games only this one. When i boot the original that works fine. Is there some sort of protection added to this title. Also, i cannot add anything to the F:\ even though it's enabled and i can see it in flashFXP.

If someone could give me some insight on this matter please let me know.

Thanks

Yeah, i've tried the data method using Recordnow Max and made an ISO. Same results for both.
