View Full Version : Crazy Taxi UK PAL CD rom

Can anyone tell me how to backup this disk.
I've read the sticky on ps2 backup but still have not successfully burnt it.
I'm new to this after having just bought my first copier which is a sony dru500a dvd +/- rw.
I've successfully backed up my dvd movies 100% but now I'm trying to do my games.I have also been successfull backing up my ps2 dvd games, just struggling with cdrom's!!

Please help

May I also add that I've just had Messiah 2 chip fitted to my ps2 and all my other backups work.When I load my backup of crazy Taxi following sticky backup instructions, the laser sounds like it's jumping all over the place and clicking, it only does it with this game.

Crazy taxi is a Cd game, Is the Sony Clonecd compatible? I backed it up np.

it's not in compatible list, which program is recommended to back this cdrom up with my sony drive?

I only use clonecd so can't comment m8 (works with my pioneer 105 lol)

If i remember rightly the pal version is on a DVD but is small enough to fit on a cd if this is the case you need to remove the DVD checks.

The crazy taxi version is platinum type and is on a blue cd rom not a dvd
Any help for backing this up would be good!

If your burner won't work with Clonecd, give Nero a try and follow the tutorial at www.psxcopyworld.co.uk

yes the pal version is cd you can also try disc juggler just pop it in and record 1to1 as easy as that no need to change any options or anything works perfect for me

If that fails I backed it up with CDRWin.
