Black and White Help

After i read the message about B&W, i still have 1 things don't understand, is it if my burner does work with cloneCD v 3.0, all i have to do is turn it to 1x and burn the disc and if my burner don't work with cloneCD V 3.0 i can do it the way GCW show us, right????

Despite popular belief, lower burn speed (on modern cdrw) will not make a better burn!!!!!
The new unsafedisc2 suite now works for b&w, so use that instead!
Stop worrying about a perfect backup if you have no idea how to even begin!!!!
