Yes, I just tried it this morning.

I popped in my v5 PAL with Messiah and it booted up with no problems

Gameplay seems smooth, the movie sequences were perfect, sound excellent etc.

What media was this? It has the same deep purple look of a Traxdata.

thanks allot for being my guinea pig im glad it worked i thought it should but just wont boot up on my v4 with the neo 2.2 using ar2 v1.93 with devil may cry demo so i dont know about that have no probs with any other game , any way those disc's i dont know what make they are i was given 50 free from a friend who works for pioneer :D i can find out for u if u want anyway thanks again psx_paul have fun ;)

I had some FWS & Whitelabel DVD-R that booted fine on my v5 PAL but wouldn't boot on a v7 PAL. It comes down to trial & error and what media your machine likes. As I always say, you cant go wrong with Traxdata DVD-R :)
