I am trying to find a patch for MLB 2003 so I can back up my game. I've noticed there are patches for 2001 and 2002 on the website so if anyone is good with code perhaps they could make a patch for 2003. Or if anyone knows a site with the patch let me know. I've looked everywhere with no success so far.

I don't think anyone is ever going to bother with making a patch for the game. Just get 2002, it's almost identical.

I agree. EA Sports beats them on every level, IMO.
