Right I'm trying to patch my Megaman X3 to run in NTSC. so i d/l the ppf file from megagames and applied it to my MMX3 bin file. then i burned the bin file back onto a cd. the cd worked fine, but the game was still running in PAL. why?
then i tried following the Idiot's Guide on Megagames. The cd came out fine, and its in NTSC, but the bottom of the screen was cut off. I read the guide again but it didnt seem to tell me how can I centre the screen. help?
after that i tried the import player light since it was supposed to have a in-game positioning feature. but the feature didnt work (it seems to only work on games that had the adjust screen feature in the 1st place). And it did managed to force MMX3 to run in NTSC, but when the game starts the screen starts skipping again.
So can anyone help me on centering the screen in MMX3 or can anyone tell me how to get the import player feature to work. thanks alot
