more then one session

please could someone tell me what dose it mean when it says discs contaning more then one session are not supported anyone

why is no one answering my ? i am new to computers and new to trying to make up back up copies i havent had any trouble till now and everytime i try to copy these 2 cd;s i have, they are karakoe cd's it says discs containing more then one sessions are not supported i dont know what that means because i have made back ups of my other karakoe cd's.could someone please help me.

When "it" says - what exactly is "it", what program are you using, what settings etc

I am using cdrwin from golden hawk,and i am not sure what u mean by what settings,which settings are u talking about the ones in the program i;m using sorry i said i was new to this stuff kinda dumn lol
