What do I do with this Fade file?

Hi,

I downloaded this patch for LMA manger to fix the " fade " protection but don't know how to apply the files. Could anyone help me? These are the files within the zip

p-lmaprf.rar
p-lmaprf.sfv
PiONEER.NFO

any help would be great,

1) Read the PiONEER.NFO file with notepad
2) p-lmaprf surely is a authentification file for the patch
3) Unrar p-lmaprf.rar
