I have a ps2
what do I need to do to play back-up games?

A mod chip....
If I were you I would get a direct boot chip such as the Messiah, Magic 2, Apple, or Matrix 2....
You will also need to find out what version PS2 you have...
Look on the back of your PS2 and post the SCPH-###### on the back..Then we can determine what mod chip will work in your PS2....:D

Once you know what version you have unless you have either spare money for a new PS2 or good knowledge and soldering equipment of various specifications come back to the forum and find out how much it will cost to have someone else fit it for you.

I should have, but killed mine (in repair at present) so you're probably better off to get someone here to fit it.
