Is there any other Boot-CD's that will work on a PAL Dreamcast machine??

Utopia Boot CD works fine on PAL machines.

Otherwise, try to find a patch and burn it selfboot. That's what I did. I've got a PAL (French) DC and a PAL TV and this game works fine without any boot CD.
