DVD-Extracter

I've seen this program mentioned elsewhere in parts, but I haven't been able to do a search for it on these forums or online. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Basically I'm looking for a tool that can rip my CD onto my computer, and make it an iso, and not a bunch of files so that I can burn the DvD easily later. Thanks in advance.
