xmen vs. streetfighter problem

My back-up for X-Men Vs. Street Fighter is working fine, except for one problem: Magneto isn't able to do any reguler special moves like E. M. Disruption. I can do his hyper moves, just not the regular moves, and its only with him that I know of. I would like to hear thoughts on that, and if anyone believes that its a problem with the backup, does anyone have a working one? Thanks

Are you sure you're doing the correct roation on the Pad or joystick? I mean if all the moves work correctly I doubt that this particular move decides not to work..
