i have windvd31 but it is password protected can any1 please tell me how 2 get the password without paying 4 it please

Nope... Such things are forbidden on this forum.

Buy the program or look elsewhere for the info you seek. Asking for passwords to unlock pirate archive files so you can use the program illegally can get you banned from the forums.

Besides all that noise, this is the Dreamcast Game Console forum, not the DVD forum... Double-check which forum you posted to in future...
