Hi everyone!
I've got following problem:
Yesterday I got SegaTennis 2k2 backup but it doesnt work.
Maybe theres a LBA 11702 problem. The CDI image I made from the cdr has LBA 11700
I followed the "How to make backups from backups" tutorial
but in the 3rd step isoFix says: "PVD not found"
So what went wrong?
Is it possible to make a working version from a not working copy?

Didn't ECHELON have a repack of this game probably because the first version didn't work? Try either converting it to a Nero image using CDI2NRG from www.megagames.com and burn it with Nero or try extracting all the files from the CDI using Isobuster and Use ECHELONS selfboot tutorial to make it selfboot again. Make sure the LBA is set at 11700(not 11702)because I think that was part of the protection on the original game because I tried redoing NBA 2K2 with a dummy and the LBA was set to 11702 and it did't work so I made it 11700 and worked perfect.

Thanks for your reply!
I tried it but I couldnt etxract any files :(
I'm still able to extract the ISO from the 2nd session (618 MB)
although Isobuster says "PVD error" too.
In the header i can see the text of IP.BIN.
The problem is: It wasnt me who burnt the game I got the CDR
from my friend so maybe he burnt it at a speed of 8x or 12x.
I dont have the original CDI file, the CDI I tried to patch was created by me from his CDR.
Now I think the game was wrongly burnt...... or is it the copy protection?
Sorry I'm a totally newbie. Normally I'm interested in legal stuff only ;)
But now I want to use a real Backup of course I own the original game ;)

Put the game in your CDrom and open ISObuster and pick the CDrom its in and extract all the files from their. Then use ECHELONS tutorial and make sure the first LBA is 11700. The game might be a bad burn though. Did your friends copy of the game work?

IsoBuster isnt able to extract files.
I think the game wasnt burnt properly and I cant ask my friend
if it works cause he is away for some weeks...
I think I forget it....
But theres one thing I wish to know: where can I find the ECHELON tutorial?
Is it possible to extract files from ISOs, burn a non selfboot CDR and boot the game with UTOPIA bootdisc?
And last but not least: Do you know a VCD-player for DC?

www.megagames.com has ECHELONS tutorial.
If you burn a non selfboot games it will work with the Boot disc.
GYplay is a VCD player for DC and is also found at www.megagames.com but I heard the quality sucks and I think this is the best VCD player out.
