What does the jpn. PSO Trainer do? And does the U.S. one do the same?

If you put a trainer in any video game it makes it so you can turn on cheats before the game starts. If it says like +3 then it has 3 cheats, +20 is 20 cheats, etc. When you open this with PPF-O-Matic it just says super cheat or something so I don't know what cheats it has.
