creating str files [Archive]

does anyone know of a program which allows you to convert eg mpeg to str.

No.

BUT!!!
I know of a pogram that changes MPEG's into AVI's download it here
####://www.gamefreax.de/download/toolz/mpeg2avi.zip
and then a program that changes AVI's into STR download it here
####://www.gamefreax.de/download/toolz/avi2str.zip

thanks the programes were what i was looking for but now i have a problem the mpeg2avi as it wont let me choose all types of mpeg files (no idea why) so i can choose and others i cant
