hey there!
when you copy psx games the most importaint thing people forget is that the psx unit only likes reading certain cdr disks. you cant just use any. use:

1. tdk - 74 min/650mb
2.verbatim datalife plus

if you still have problems after trying that
make sure you havent used a dodgie crack for cdrwin.
and make sure that you leave all the settings in cdrwin on default.

hope that can help you.

H cheers for you reply
I am bizy using
Verbatim datalifeplus 700mb
so I dont think that is the problem but with cdrwin I found a write up saying
1 open cdrwin ,click on Extract Disc/Tracks/sectoors
2 leave the ##### onDisc Image/Cuesheet
3 write down Image name
4 under read options
copy...##### 'Raw' and MCN/ISRC
ERROR RECOVERY...##### 'IGNORE'
JITTER CORRECTION...CECK 'AUTO'
SUBCODE ANALYSIS ...##### AUTO

Now that is the way I have done it what is a dodgie crack for cdrwin I have the full program as I have bought it
If I set every thing back to restor settings then error rcovery gose to abort
so is there hope for me yet please help!!!

CDRWin was created originally for one purpose - to backup PSX games.
Therefore when you select default values you get the ones you should use.
Abort is set on because no PSX game should ever have a read error unless the source cd is bad or damaged.
If set to other than 'abort' you can be assured that you will not end up with an image containing data as was originally meant to be present on the cd, it will either have errors ignored or corrected, a bloody stupid thing to do.
