I have been having a really hard time trying to figure out how to get Crash Bash to work on my chipped playstation 9xxx and I have heard people say that it might just be easier to go buy a gameshark. the couple of places that I have looked at these are charging like $50 for one. is this what I need and how much should I be paying? any suggestions.

alternatively if anyone can give me a more specific instructions on what I need to do to get Crash Bash working, I would really appreciate it. Ive managed to get a working copy of cdrwin3.8b ( I was having trouble getting 3.8d to not buffer underun) I know it involves putting a patch together with the file and burning a new one, but all the jargon is killing me. ISO, BIN, CUE, KILL-ME ETC. any help would be appreciated.
