Need Help Installing CDRWin 3.8D as seems to not work properly

I'm trying to make a copy of Dino Crisis & when Start CDRWIN I select Extract Disc/Tracks/Sectors to Image File. I enter Image filename example :C:\temp\image I then get an error that says unable to create file C:\temp\image.cue I am just starting to burn psx games so need more info on this subject.

you may have a scrached or defected game you are trying to copy. I copyed dino crisis with cdrwin and i did'nt have any problems. Hope this helps

Have you actually got a 'temp' directory on C:?
Bet you haven't.

Thanks for the help guys . I never had a temp folder in C: it was in C:\windows\temp
