CDRWIN Bin!!

HELP HELP HELP!!
I am going nuts!

Okay it's true I am a beginner,but even so it shouldn't be so hard to understand makin' a ps2 back-up.....right?
so here is my question...;what on earth is a cdrwin bin file?
I need to know to apply patches on my back-ups.....
can someone please tell me what/how to make or where I can find this file.....

When you copy a game to your hard drive with cdr win it save's as a bin file it will also save a cuesheet file. If you want to install
a patch you will need a program called
ppf'o'matic this program will put the patch
into the bin file then all you have to do is copy to cd very easy..
