Simple (how do u use a Patch)

I am new to patching playstation. But i have down loaded a patch for driver 2 and when i look at the file on my pc they are not reconized Is this normal? and how then do i use these patches i only have a pal mod chip. please help !!!!!!

you have to download the patch application program. you can find it at megagames.com under psx patches. you open the cdrwin image & the patch for the image. and does what you want it to.

i cant find a patch application program i looked in mega games but i must be blind can u help
