How can i copy a psx cd if my cd-r writer doesn´t support the disc at once mode?

Some of the really early games you could copy using track at once but to be honest, get a new writer that does support disk at once. Vertualy none of the newer titles will work if done track at once.

At least the January sales are on and you should be able to pick one up fairly cheap. Look out for HP9110i for around £120 or better as these models are supported by clonecd.
