how do i extract ppf.file

i have saved bin&cue file but dont know what programme to use to open bin file? i have ppf-o-matic but were do i get the ppf.file and what do i do with the cue.file? plz help ime half way there because of people like you.THNX!!!!MERRY CHRISTMAS:)
