Problem with copied PSX games

I have tried a number of copied games in my playstation but end up with the same poor results.The graphics and the audio seem fine but the total image seems to bounce on the screen at all times.

The only time that that particular problem was encountered here was when I tried to play a PAL game on an NTSC console. Your TV probably has a self adjusting vertical preventing the image from flipping over but not from shaking. On my TV the image will keep flipping. Other then that I would try a different game and brand of cd.
